This Beauty Booking App is a platform created by self-care advocates with the goal of simplifying beauty service bookings in the Philippines, bridging the gap between customers and service providers in the beauty industry.

To bridge the gap between customers and beauty service providers, the platform incorporates both B2B and B2C functionalities, which were represented by different user personas. The design challenge was then divided into two segments based on the client’s responses to the brand worksheet, which was also part of our brand design process.

After hours of design workshops, we identified key design challenges and developed user journey maps to prioritize what design problems to solve for the MVP. The sketching activity at the end of the workshops produced initial ideas that could be refined into future or immediate product features.

Wireframes were developed based on prioritized user flows from the workshop, serving as the foundation for the MVP's design and structure.

The MVP web app was designed with user convenience in mind, offering a straightforward and intuitive booking process compared to manually booking a service via email or phone.

One of the key features highlighted during the sketching session of the UX workshops was the ‘Bookable Lookbook,’ where you can book the exact same services to recreate looks featured in their partner salons' portfolios.
This eventually became the platform’s unique feature, highlighted as the centerpiece during its initial launch.
One of the ways to access the booking details on the B2B end is through a timetable of the salon staff and their respective assignments.

As one of the first projects I worked on in the studio, I had the valuable opportunity to experience the entire end-to-end design process through this project. Being involved in every stage—from conceptualizing the brand to defining key features and collaborating closely with the client's development team—allowed me to deepen my understanding of how design decisions impact a product’s market introduction. The experience not only exercised my design aesthetics but also deepened my understanding of the importance of user experience in design.
